Homestyle looks forward to an additional 30 care places coming online in July 2011. The extension will include basement car parking, a staff training facility, and a day centre for the elderly.

Bed numbers will increase to 150 making Sea Views Homestyle's largest facility.

Homestyle is planning to build a facility to provide accommodation for 60 high care and 58 low care residents on land acquired in Point Cook.

The new facility is expected to open in 2012/2013, becoming the Group's tenth facility.
